We figured you might have some questions about Visiotopic® social media aggregator, so we assembled a list of common questions and answers that might come to mind while operating your customizable, self curated feed.   • How many admins can my account hold?
    • We understand technology can be challenging and you may need more than one person curating. Each account contains 1 admin, however the number of curators will vary depending on the plan you choose. Please view our plan packages for more information.

  • What is the difference between an account admin and curator?
    • Worried about your account? Don't be! Admins have access to all aspects of the account, including billing. Curators however may only help manage your feed with no access to your account settings. As an account admin, you can deactivate a curator at any time.

  • How do I add my location?
    • Don't miss fans who check-in at your business! Upon logging into your Visiotopic® account, simply visit your social account dashboard and manage the location of your choice. Hit save and your photos will begin pulling from your location.

  • How do I add my handle?
    • Time to show off your brand! Upon logging into your Visiotopic® account, simply navigate to your social account dashboard and choose "add user". Hit save and you are on your way!

  • How do I add my hashtag?
    • Easy! Upon logging into your Visiotopic® account, simply navigate to your social account dashboard and insert the hashtags under each appropriate social account. Once saved, your photos will begin curating for the selected hashtags.

  • What is location search?
    • We're glad you asked! Location search is great for taking advantage of fan photography that is not hashtagged, but is instead taken while a visitor is at your destination and location tagged. Photos that are uploaded from users who "check-in" at your business will be pulled within this feed and you can choose which photos you would like to display. Location search ensures you do not miss out on great photography that is not yet tagged and allows you to reach those interested in your brand but not yet following you.

  • What color options do you offer?
    • Keep it simple! Our widget customizations include grey backgrounds, white backgrounds, transparent backgrounds and more! Need a custom color? Contact us!

  • How do I choose my layout?
    • It's okay to be choosy! We offer several different layout options for your customized widget. To select your layout choice, click on manage widget on the right-hand side of your management dashboard and select your layout customizations within the dropdown menu. Once your code is on your website, you can change your layout at any time. Your code only needs to be inserted onto your website once. Anytime you update your layout, your code will automatically update on your website. For more information on how to embed your code onto your website, please see “How Do I Embed My Feed On My Website?” below.

  • Can I preview my layout?
    • Of course! To preview your layout, you must first choose your layout type and effects. Once you've done this and selected photos to appear in your feed, click "preview" under manage widget. If you don't like how it looks, feel free to play around and preview other layouts!

  • How do I organize my photos?
    • Quickly and simply! Visiotopic® is the first curating feed that allows you to organize your photos with an easy-to-use drag and drop feature. Simply drag and drop your photos in the order you would like them to appear and that's all there is to it!

  • How do I embed my feed on my website?
    • Visiotopic®'s curated feed is easy to embed within your website. When you are ready to create your widget, visit the manage widget section of your dashboard, choose the layout options you desire and click "generate code". Once your code is generated you can embed it onto you website or have your webmaster add it for you. Best part? Your code only needs to be added to your website once. If you choose to change your layout, simply click generate code again and your layout automatically updates without reinserting a new web code. Plus, Visiotopic® widgets are made to be responsive, so you don't need to worry about the hassle of customizing the size of your feed.

  • Can I put my feed on more than one page?
    • It's okay to show off! Your Visiotopic® feed can be placed on multiple pages of your website, but please keep these under your Visiotopic® registered domain only!

  • How do I limit the number of posts that show up?
    • Simple! To limit the number of posts that show up in your feed, only select the number of photos you would like to appear.

  • How do I show more photos?
    • Now you're talkin'! How many photos you can select to appear in your feed will vary by account package. Check out our social curation plans!

      To add photos to your feed, visit the search for photos dashboard, then click "search for photos" under the right hand menu and choose how you'd like to search. Select the photos you would like to add, and click "add to feed".

      If you reach your limit within your set plan and find you need more photos, we welcome you to contact us about a custom plan!

  • How do I choose what photos show in my feed?
    • Let's get you in control! Once your photos populate via your chosen search - hashtag, handle, or location - simply check "add to feed". Once you have selected all photos you would like to appear in your widget, click "add selected".

  • How do I remove the VISIOTOPIC® logo from my widget?
    • You don't love us? Just kidding, we're okay with that! Visiotopic® offers non branding capabilities! Feel free to contact us about a customized plan!

  • My feed is missing posts.
    • Uh oh! If your feed is missing posts, you may not have selected the photo to display within your widget. Simply visit your management dashboard and click the check box of the photo you would like to display. Be sure to save your changes and your photo should refresh within your widget! If you think you reached your photo limit, try removing old photos you'd no longer like to show! If you continue to hit your photo limit, you may benefit from one of our upgraded accounts here!

  • My Twitter posts aren't showing.
    • Blame Twitter, we swear! Twitter will not always show all tweets, depending on if they decide to deem them as spam or not. Twitter will usually pull the first 200 tweets, but if your tweet does not show when searched on Twitter, it may not curate.

  • If a user changes their account status to private, will their photo still show in my feed?
    • Yes. Well, sort of. When a user uses your hashtag, Visiotopic® will curate that picture. If a user then makes his or her account private, that photo would still appear within your feed until you delete it.

  • What if a user uploads a photo I don't like? Will it show in my feed?
    • Lucky you! Only photos that you approve will show in your live feed, so you never have to worry about your fans uploading content that does not meet the guidelines of your brand!

  • What happens when I reach my photo limit?
    • Whoa, no worries! We can help you upgrade to the next plan level or set up a custom plan to meet the dedicated and devoted curator in you!

  • My hashtag is not working.
    • That's strange. If your hashtag is not pulling photos, users might not yet be using your tag. Remember, user photos whose accounts are private will not be pulled into your feed. To see if new photos have been uploaded for your campaign or brand, simply refresh your page. Also, don't forget to check your spelling! If you continue to have difficulty, feel free to reach out to us!

  • Can I change my plan?
    • Of course! You can easily upgrade your account under your account settings. If you need more customization or assistance, email us and we'll help you adjust your plan.

  • I forgot my username.
    • Isn't that the worst? If you need help remembering your username, click "I forgot my username" and we'll refresh your memory!

  • I forgot my password.
    • Happens all the time! If you need help remembering your password, click "I forgot my password" and you will receive an email to reset your password.

  • What plans do you offer?

  • What if I need more social account settings?
    • You deserve it! Contact us about a customized plan today!

  • Can I upload photos myself?
    • Sure can! Visiotopic®'s upload feature is available to our premium account holders and is great for expanding your campaign, but keep in mind, storage is limited! Check out the premium plan!

  • How do I manage my billing?
    • Need to update your billing information? Your billing preferences can be found in your account settings on the left hand navigation. But remember, only account admins can access billing information!

  • How do I access my invoices?
    • We get it, you need the records! Account invoices can be found under your account settings. But remember, only account admins can access billing information!

  • Can I cancel my account at any time?
    • We'd hate to see you go! To cancel your account, visit your account settings and hit "cancel account". Don't be gone for too long!

  • Am I locked into a contract?
    • Who wants that? Visiotopic® does not lock you into a contract and offers several different package plans that can be paid on a monthly or yearly basis!

  • Do you offer refunds?
    • We do not offer refunds at this time; however, upon request we can issue a credit for the remaining balance on your account which you may use on Visiotopic® at any time. Please email us for assistance.

  • My problem isn't listed!
